Now is the time to invest in supporting the youth during out-of-school time to help meet the significant needs of our children and families, prevent long-lasting negative impacts on their physical and mental health, and ensure that they graduate high school with a plan for their future, are career-ready, and are contributing members of society.

Boys & Girls Clubs are uniquely positioned to support young people and their parents to surmount community challenges and stresses of adolescence. In Payette, Weiser, and Ontario, there is no other organization that provides the services and programming that we do.

Return on Investment

For every $1 that is invested in the Club, there is a return of over $10 in economic benefits to Club members, their families, and their communities.

Impact

Clubs have proven results in providing social and emotional support and demonstrate that youth who participate in Club programs do better than their peers in multiple areas.

Scope and Community Role

Boys & Girls Clubs are leaders in their communities with deep connections to families, schools, and other community partners — able to reach youth and families who most need help successfully. In 2024, BGCWTV is on track to serve over 760 local kids and teens.

Accountability

Boys & Girls Clubs have track records of accountability in managing state, corporate, and foundation grants and delivering proposed results. With an over 15-year history locally, Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Treasure Valley is an organization you can rely on.

Job Creation

Jobs created in multiple communities to facilitate the program (Club staff and leadership) would have the added benefit of supporting youth who need critical services.

Time

When school is out, Club is in! Our three Clubs are open after-school, on select Fridays, during holiday breaks, and summer break.
