Scroll down for more information about our summer program as we prepare for week 3 at both Clubhouses.
Only the Ontario Clubhouse will be operating as an Emergency Childcare Facility. Payette can start to slowly increase numbers.
What does this look like?
- The health and safety of all members and staff is our utmost priority.
- Members will be in small, stable groups while they are at Club” Ontario’s ratios will remain 1:10, but Payette will increase to 1:12 and 1:15 for teens.
- Temperatures will be checked upon entering, social distancing will be practiced, frequent hand washing will be mandatory and sanitation of all rooms will be done thoroughly and properly during and after each session. We will assign each member his or her own tote of supplies to eliminate the need for sharing items and will also be providing reusable water bottles. We will not be allowing anyone besides staff or approved members to enter the Clubhouses. Parents/Guardians will be able to pick up & drop off their member to a staff outside.
- Parents/Guardians must attend a mandatory orientation and complete new registration forms before their member attends the Clubs. If you are an active Club member this is free with your membership. If you are an inactive or new member it will cost $10.00.
We are open for both a morning session (8 am-12 pm) and an afternoon session (1 pm-5 pm). Your member(s) can attend only one session and can only attend one clubhouse location. We are accepting a limited amount of members at this time & we will be prioritizing the children of essential workers first, although we plan to gradually increase the number of youth we can serve over time.
If you are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity stop by either Clubhouse during the grab & go meal service to fill out an application. For any other questions please call the Ontario Clubhouse: 541-889-7979 or the Payette Clubhouse: 208-642-2785.
